1. ACCEPTANCE & USE

By using DRMO, you agree to these terms. DRMO is a clinic management platform for authorized clinic use only. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential

  • You are liable for all activity under your account

  • Provide accurate information during registration

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. DATA & PRIVACY

  • DRMO is GDPR compliant with encrypted data storage and daily backups

  • You retain ownership of all your data

  • You are responsible for compliance with local healthcare laws (HIPAA, etc.)

  • We do not sell or share patient data with third parties

  • You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data; we delete it after 90 days

4. PAYMENT & BILLING

  • Subscription billing occurs monthly or annually on your signup date

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

  • Annual plans: 30-day refund policy

  • Monthly plans: Non-refundable after billing cycle begins

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes

5. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • Cancel anytime; takes effect at end of billing cycle

  • DRMO may terminate if you violate terms, don't pay after 30 days, or engage in illegal activity

  • Upon termination, you lose access to premium features

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • DRMO owns all platform code, design, and features

  • You own all data and content you input

  • You cannot copy, modify, or distribute the platform

  • You cannot post copyrighted material without authorization

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • DRMO is provided "AS IS" without warranties

  • DRMO is not liable for downtime, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control

  • Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. SERVICE LEVEL & SUPPORT

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee

  • Email support: 24-48 hour response (BASIC & PRO)

  • Phone support: Business hours (BASIC & PRO)

  • Priority support: 2-hour response (PRO only)

  • Maintenance windows with 48-hour notice

9. MODIFICATIONS

DRMO may add, modify, or remove features anytime. Pricing changes come with 30 days' notice. Continued use means you accept changes.

10. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

DRMO is not responsible for third-party services (payment processors, SMS, social media). Use of integrated features is subject to third-party terms.

11. SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

  • DRMO maintains encryption, regular security audits, and GDPR compliance

  • You are responsible for securing your credentials and complying with local laws

  • Monitor your account for suspicious activity

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Claims must be filed within one year.
